Cultural and Awareness Activities Organized by Students

The students of the institution actively participate in organizing and celebrating various cultural and academic events throughout the academic year. These activities play an important role in promoting unity, creativity, leadership skills, and holistic development among students.

Major student-organized events include Freshers’ Day, Lamp Lighting Ceremony, and Farewell Day, which provide opportunities for interaction, cultural expression, and strengthening of bonds among students and faculty members.

In addition, students enthusiastically celebrate significant occasions such as Teacher’s Day and International Women’s Day through a variety of engaging and enjoyable activities, including cultural performances, competitions, and appreciation programmes.

The students also observe important global health awareness days such as World Heart Day, World Stroke Day, World Epilepsy Day, and other relevant health-related observances. On these occasions, students organize street plays (dramas), flash mobs, and public awareness programmes to effectively disseminate health information to the community.

Furthermore, students prepare audio-visual aids, charts, and educational models to conduct health education sessions for patients and their attendants, focusing on various levels of disease prevention and health promotion. These initiatives help in enhancing community awareness and contribute to public health education.
